Saturday, while a short workout, was pretty brutal. We hit 4 total sets, all uphill, in the rain, using Brian's 8,500 lb truck. Here's what we did:
Truck pull, 150 feet uphill, 2 sets
Truck push, 80 feet uphill, 2 sets
I nearly passed out on the 4th set, maybe due to truck fumes, or just because I'm soft! :)
Good workout overall. Today we'll hit some events, so check back!
