I know tomorrow is going to be rough, so today was cardio, stretching, hands and some shoulder rehab/maintenance work. I met up with a physical therapist today who thinks my shoulder problem is less due to my acromion and more my supraspinatus, so I've incorporated a few new lifts to focus on that, while still paying attention to my rotator.
