Crazy with rubber bands!
Today was all about the rubber bands. My arms are getting a bit better but I have no strength in them and they hurt enough that I don't want to risk making things worse. Today's lift was tailored around avoiding arm involvement as much as possible with the exception of some very light shoulder work.
