I ran out of time on Saturday to post, but I did hit a light shoulder workout - all cords, and a-la-rehab, so nothing important to report. I was also working on my hexagon barbell as it needed one end sanded down a bit as I couldn't get my plates on it...that is not an easy task by hand! I got one of the greatest forearm workouts of my life with some sandpaper and a shrug bar...functional strength! I still have serious bruising on my shoulders from the super-yoke and will be laying off of that for a week or so. Planning on some tire flipping tonight, so stay tuned!
Oh, and I also forgot to post Friday's workout. I pulled 525 pretty easily, and Thayne worked up to 325 on his first day deadlifting, ever...amazing! Here is the lift:
