I'm beyond behind on updating.  I've been pulled in too many directions lately and as work has continued to get busier and busier, I've barely gotten the workouts in, let alone had time to post them.  That said, here's what I've been up too:

We've been pulling and pressing from different heights, nearly every workout.  This is helping me round-out some weaker areas.  565 came up a lot easier than normal on Saturday's deadlift, and the log felt pretty good.  Although, I didn't have my good cleaning belt, so I basically ended up curling the 260, so my biceps are incredibly sore now.

We have a competition this Saturday in Lehi, so that should be fun.  Resting this week and going easy.
