I've been lazy!

Over the past few weeks I've had to travel quite a bit for work so I've fallen behind on my lifts.  I've managed to get in some basic cord work here and there but no substantial lifts, so I haven't been blogging.  After the time off, here is my first lift back:

Last week was my industry's biggest trade show and it was held in Anaheim, CA...right next door to Disneyland.  My family came with me to enjoy the parks while I worked.  I walked almost further than I can keep track of and carried my daughters for miles upon miles, but otherwise didn't manage a lift between Wednesday of last week and today.  I'm hoping to get a lift in later today if time allows, but being on the road puts you behind on your day-to-day workload...and I'm very behind!

I lifted today with Paxton, Nate and Seth - all kids from my neighborhood.  We got in a good high-rep chest workout using the flat bench, medicine ball, and multiple hold sets.

6 sets of bench for 300 reps
3 sets of medicine ball sit-up and toss for 75 reps
4 sets of front holds for 100 counts
800 total reps of shoulder
30 minutes of stretching

I'll be traveling for the remainder of the week so it may be tough to get in my lifts, but I'll see what I can do!  We'll be in Disney, so at least I'll get in some good walking!
