Me and my 150 lb medicine ball

This thing is a beast.  I had to unload it off an LTL shipping truck, yesterday, and walk it in like I would a giant sandbag.  This thing is so much bigger than the 50 lb slam ball that it is almost laughable!  Check out a quick video of pressing, which somehow looks a lot easier than it actually is:

By the third set on the medicine ball, my arms were just shot!  The first set was all about figuring it out.  On the second, I hit my stride, and on the third, I went for broke.  I'm feeling it today!
