Log pressing - light day

Today, the focus was on log pressing.  I hit some light back, arms and legs, as well, but the bulk of the time went to pressing.  My final set of lock-outs was fairly taxing, and about the point when my right shoulder said "enough!", so that's where the day ended for pressing.  I wrapped-up with abs and grip...a good all-around day.  Nothing too crazy to report, or worthwhile to film, today, so just the breakdown of the workout to follow.  As always, thanks for reading!
