I hit a light round of shoulders and then lifted with the neighborhood guys I train (Paxton, Nate and Nathaniel) and basically stuck to their weights but hit extra reps. It doesn't necessarily hurt to bench, but it doesn't feel particularly good, so I continue to keep the weights really light and just hit some extra reps. My back is feeling much better today, so I'm hoping to be able to hit some truck pull this weekend before family vacation.
