I decided to break routine and hit some light incline bench, and a few other lifts to test the rotation of my shoulder. I had a little bit of pain on some of the lifts, but with good post-lift posture I quickly felt better...not sure what that means, but hopefully that I just have some lingering tendinitis, but am still recovering well...
