Shoulders, curls and calves workout

So I'm heading to hit some super-yoke tomorrow and didn't want to hurt anymore than I already did when we started today's lift, so we hit a hodge-podge of a workout, but it did the trick.  With some shoulders intermingled with calves and a really fun extended set of curls (see video), I'm now pretty tired and need to find some energy for tomorrow!
