Squat day

I was joined today by my bro-in-law, Thayne, for a squat workout.  We also hit some bench - relatively light - and some hammer curls, and wrapped-up with some abs (knee raises, bicycles and front-holds).  I hit a medium shoulder cord lift afterwards, as well.  Here is a video of us both squatting.  Thayne hadn't hit anything heavy for quite some time, so kudos!
