Cardio day

I'd been neglecting my cardio for a while and hadn't gotten a good workout in for a few weeks.  Today I logged 3 miles on the treadmill, and also hit a full shoulder workout (cords only) with some abs.  The primary focus was on the cardio, with the rest as supplemental.  Not too much to report today, otherwise!
