Tire Flip

I hadn't made it out to flip the tire for quite a while, but Dan got me out last night after it cooled down a bit, and I flipped the beast for just over 60 yards, which worked out to 31 flips.  I also got in some light bench, curls and grip work on the rolling thunder to round out the day.  Here's the workout:
