Today's workout: What's not sore?

I'm honestly beat up from last week and most things hurt.  I started out today with a mile on the treadmill to try to get loose.  Didn't work.  I trudged through some overall body lifts on light weights and realized I simply don't have any juice today.  I haven't gotten a solid night's sleep in days, so I think I'll just rest up and try again for tomorrow.  Early to bed...
