Shoulder Workout

Dave and I hit a light amount of cable work with some normal shurgs and a couple of fun dumbbell super-sets, all with the goal of burning out the shoulders...mission accomplished!  I didn't dare take a video today as I was so worn-out from the tire flip yesterday that nothing worthwhile could be captured, but here is the lift:
